Delivery Times

The majority of our jewellery is made to order and carries various processing times which can be seen on the individual item’s description. Longer lead times include the process of being sent away for Hallmarking.

Any items that are listed as in stock are ready to ship and will be posted within 1-2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Postage rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship worldwide with full tracking.

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free postage within the UK on all orders to celebrate our new website which includes tracking and insurance.

International Shipping

Overseas shipping is temporarily paused due to complex new shipping legislation and customs rules. We hope to resume shipipng worldwide again as soon as possible.

Returns

Something not quite right? Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of order delivery.

All goods must be in their original packaging, free from any signs of wear, damage, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Special orders, custom jewellery, personalised pieces and earrings of any kind are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. MooKi® Jewellery is not liable for reimbursement or compensation of return packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.
