Here at MooKi® we take great pride in the fact every piece you see has been meticulously handcrafted from scratch using raw materials.
We do not outsource any aspect of the process which means any pieces you purchase from us can not be purchased anywhere else in the world. Stand out from the crowd with MooKi Jewellery!
All our pieces are handcrafted at our Workshop in Lincolnshire where we have our very own small batch Casting Foundry. Some items will be in stock ready to ship which is usually within 1-2 business days of payment.
All other pieces that are custom made for you will have their processing times listed on the actual item pages so please refer to the description of the piece you are purchasing for full lead times.
All our Jewellery is sent via tracked postage. Upon completion of your piece you will receive an email containing your tracking number and order details. Please note we are not responsible for postal delays once your order leaves our Workshop.
Due to the current ever changing export laws, we have taken the hard decision to ship wihtin the UK only for the time being. We hope to be able to ship worldwide again soon to our wonderful clients overseas.

Returns are not accepted on earrings in compliance with Hygiene & Safety Regulations or personalised and bespoke pieces due to them being custom made.
